Robert De Niro – 77

Known particularly for his film collaboration with the iconic director Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro is a recipient of numerous awards and accolades throughout his long and successful career, including a Golden Globe Award, two Academy Awards, a Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award, and the Cecil B. DeMille Award. De Niro also received the Kennedy Center Honor and a Presidential Medal of Freedom. His first major role was in the movie Greetings back in 1968 but later gained recognition in his performance in the sports drama Bang the Drum Slowly as a baseball player in 1973.

With Scorsese, his first collaboration with him was in the 1973 movie Mean Streets, where he portrayed a small-time bad guy, Johnny Boy. He gained wider recognition in the movie The Godfather Part II as the young Vito Corleone, for which he was credited with an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Throughout his career, De Niro achieved great success.
