Robert Fuller – 87

Originally born as Leonard Leroy Lee, Robert Fuller was once a popular actor in the ‘50s but retired in 2001. Few of his film credits where you might recognize him are The Brain from Planet Arous, Incident at Phantom Hill, and The Hard Ride. He also starred in several TV series such as Wagon Train, Emergency, and Laramie. In his nearly half a century stay in the entertainment industry, he is more distinguished because of his deep and raspy voice.

The actor is now turning 88 years old this year and it is easy to say that these numbers represent infinity, right? Because his legacy is just like that. In 1961, Robert flew to Japan and received the Best Actor award and the Japanese Golden Order of Merit, given by the Empress of Japan. He was the first US citizen to ever earn these recognitions. If you’re where he is now — he is Texas living his life as a horse rancher.
