Barbara Eden – 90

Before she landed bigger roles, Barbara Eden started out as a semi-regular cast member on The Johnny Carson Show. During this period, she also took small roles in a number of different shows such as I Love Lucy, The Andy Griffith Show, Saints and Sinners, and Adventures in Paradise, to mention a few. She also starred in Flaming Star alongside Elvis Presley.

Her biggest role came in 1964, after she was cast in the sitcom I Dream of Jeannie. The actress ended up being the best fit and made the character of Jeannie one of the most memorable on TV. Eden ended up portraying the lovable Jeannie for five years and a total of 139 episodes. Her work certainly did not go unnoticed. In 1988, Eden received her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She was also given an honorary Doctors of Law degree by the University of West Los Angeles!
