Robert Clary – 95

Robert is a nearly a century old French-American singer, actor, and author, to name a few. He was born Robert Max Widerman on March 1, 1926, in the City of Love — Paris, France. Robert is probably best known for his Corporal Louis LeBeau character in the TV sitcom Hogan’s Heroes, which aired from 1965 to 1971. After the show, he landed acting credits in numerous soap operas, including The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and the Restless, and Days of Our Lives.

In 1982, he starred as himself in the Jack Smight-directed movie Remembrance of Love, which mainly showed the struggles that people experienced during the Holocaust. Robert eventually resigned from showbiz in 2001 by also releasing his memoir From the Holocaust to Hogan’s Heroes: The Autobiography of Robert Clary. However, in May 2021, he was featured on MSN News as the last living actor from Hogan’s Heroes.
