Betty White – 99

Betty White is a true golden girl, and it isn’t just because of her age! She is a well-known actress, author, comedian, and staunch advocate for animal rights. TV audiences were first introduced to her back in the 1970s, thanks to her role as Sue Ann Nivens on the sitcom The Mary Tyler Moore Show. The program helped her gain public recognition and land even more prominent projects later on. It was in the mid-1980s when she was cast as Rose Nylund on NBC’s The Golden Girls, which is the character she remains most associated with.

White is also a pioneer in the industry. She is the first woman to have made investments and produced a sitcom, Life with Elizabeth. This later factored into her receiving the honorary Mayor of Hollywood title back in 1955. At 99, it’s clear that the actress isn’t ready to slow down just yet. In 2019, she even lent her voice for Pixar’s Toy Story 4!
