Bill Bradley – 77

The former professional basketball player Bill Bradley, who also served as a politician for three terms, has had quite a colorful career in both fields. Even from a young age, he already showed excellence when it came to sports, but also did equally well when it came to his academics. In fact, he used to play all-state basketball during his time in high school. After graduating, he was received scholarship offers from 75 different colleges around the country! In the end, Bradley chose Princeton University. He played for the collegiate basketball team and became NCAA Player of the Year in 1965.

After he received his degree from Princeton, Bradley also later attended Oxford through a Rhodes Scholarship.
