BONNIE BARTLETT – 91

Bonnie Bartlett has been in the industry for more than 60 years. She began her career back in the 1950s. She was spurred on partially by her father, an insurance salesman who failed in his acting career. Bartlett made her debut in 1951, with her appearance on the TV series Love of Life. However, she became famous for her role as Ellen Craig in the iconic series St. Elsewhere. Aside from her, her husband William Daniels also starred in the show. Together, they play a couple within the show and made history in 1986 when both won their respective Emmys on the same night.

Later on, their couple role reignited in Boy Meets World, where Daniels’ character eventually married Bartlett’s character later in the series. While Daniels managed to have a high-profile career, Bartlett has only accepted minor TV series and movie roles. Her latest acting role was in the Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul. In the series, she appeared for two episodes.
