Famous for exercising in spectacular settings while making skimpy exercise outfits mainstream, Denise Austin is a fitness instructor who starred in her very own fitness show. She takes credit for being a reliable aerobics coach considering her history with sports, especially gymnastics. DVD sales back in the day were through the roof, with her full-body workouts distributed via video discs.

In 2002, she was famous for writing columns on fitness, namely Pilates for Every Body and Shrink Your Female Fat. She has even been appointed the position of George Bush’s Council member on Physical Fitness. She starred in the long-running ESPN series Getting Fit with Denise Austin and the Lifetime show Denise Austin’s Daily Workout. The instructor made a name for herself, making recorded workout routines from 1988 all the way to 2014. Now, she continues to share fitness tips in her very own YouTube Channel in a series called LifeFit 360.
