LEX LUGER – 62

Lawrence Wendell Pfohl, known professionally as Lex Luger, is a former pro wrestler. He made a name for himself during the late 1980s in the World Championship Wrestling or WCW and NWA franchises. Pfohl rose to fame when he joined the legendary Ric Flair’s Four Horsemen stable, replacing Ole Anderson. Later on, he eventually left The Four Horsemen and even created an iconic feud and formed a tag team alliance with Barry Windham. Together they were called The Twin Towers. To their credit, they went on to win the NWA World Tag Team Championship.

In 1991, he would achieve much fame and earn a title fight against Flair for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Sadly, Flair abruptly left the franchise, and the match would never take place. Luger instead fought Windham and would win his first heavyweight title. Luger is a two-time WCW Heavyweight Champion and continued to build upon his legacy on the WWF franchise. To this day, Luge, although retired from performing on the ring, still works for the WWE (former WWF), working with the franchise’s current stars on health and wellness matters.
