Al Pacino: $12.3 Million, Santa Barbara, California

The Godfather actor had a sprawling estate in Santa Barbara, California. The 10-acre property has a primarily residential area that houses four beds, a formal dining room, and five bathrooms, including the master bath with two vanities, a marble tub, and a tiled shower. Pacino’s 9,816 square feet Mediterranean-style home has marble countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and flooring made up of wood.

In addition, several fireplaces and terraces litter the architecture throughout the house. The Scarface abode initially saw a listing for $34 million in 2014, but it sold for as little as $12.3 million after it hadn’t attracted any buyer even though it was up for grabs for 17 months. With his net worth amounting to $120 million, of course, this is not just the only investment he has. According to Velvet Ropes, the Academy and two-time Tony Award-winning actor also has a four-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion in Palisades, New York.
