Ryan Lewis: $7.5 Million, Seattle

Music undoubtedly played an integral part in Ryan Lewis’ childhood. He’d often play the guitar alongside his friends and a couple of local rock bands throughout that period. Along the way, though, he developed a fascination for music production. After finishing his studies, Ryan began his career as a photographer and videographer, but soon after, he released his debut EP Instrumentals.

With all the fame he’s garnered through the years, it’s no surprise that this half of the Macklemore & Ryan Lewis duo lives his life in utmost luxury. Ryan lived in this gorgeous Seattle home for some time, which he bought for $3.3 million. He then spent some more investment money on remodeling the place into the beauty that it is today. Featuring amenities such as cozy fireplaces, a library, and a home theater, the DJ/record producer, finally bade his home farewell in 2017 when he sold it for $7.5 million.
