Kate Upton: $5.25 Million, Benedict Canyon

Before making her way into the industry, Kate Upton spent a significant portion of her teens as a competent equestrian. After winning a couple of contests here and there, she eventually landed a modeling gig.

Besides modeling, Kate has also landed a couple of acting credits along the way, notably for films such as The Layover, Tower Heist, and The Other Woman. The model/actress enjoys spending time with her husband Justin Verlander and their daughter outside the spotlight. Moreover, the couple also bought themselves a lovely mansion in Benedict Canyon in 2016 for $5.25 million. A gated property, the 5,500-square-foot home sits on 1.5 acres of land. Of course, it’s no surprise that there’s plenty of amenities to keep its residents entertained – all they need is to go outside. With that said, the abode’s outdoor space features several patios to relax in, a pool area, and a fantastic tennis court.
