While he did develop his passion for acting during his high school years, it still took a while before Bruce Willis finally made his way into the entertainment industry. In between acting gigs, he worked various jobs to help with whatever personal loans he had. Moreover, this includes working as a bartender, security guard, and private investigator. Thankfully, his patience paid off, and Willis has since become one of Hollywood’s most famous stars.

At this point, it’s a common occurrence for celebrities to buy a lavish mansion and then sell it after a couple of years of residency. Well, such is the case for the Die Hard star and his New York home. Bought in 2014 for $12 million, the actor placed this beauty back on the market in 2019 for $12.95 million but ultimately sold it for $7.66 million. Among its amenities, a few worth mentioning would be its kids’ playroom, the 1,500-bottle wine cellar, and its fitness room.
