CHLOE GRACE MORETZ | $3.4 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Born into a wealthy family with excellent money management skills, Chloë Grace Moretz needed not even work and could still live lavishly. However, the young heiress thought it best that she tried acting, so she enrolled in Professional Performing Arts School, a school in New York. She then started appearing in minor roles in several TV programs like The Guardian and movies like The Amityville Horror. Her performance in the latter earned the budding actress a Young Artist Award nomination.

What is even more impressive about Moretz is that at 19 years old, she was able to purchase her own home in Studio City. She did not have to pay mortgages as she wrote out a check directly for $3.4 million. She now joins a host of other Hollywood bigwigs who could buy a starter home, even before their career took off. Her house is ticked away in a cul-de-sac in the hills of Studio City, allowing her privacy.
