JARED LETO: $2 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

As a singer-actor, Jared Leto has proven himself capable of being the best at two things. He launched his entertainment career with minor TV appearances in the 1990s. Leto then found a big break when he received an offer to do the lead role in Urban Legend. It was, however, his roles as Jordan Catalano in the TV series My So-Called Life that endeared him to the people. Good with acting, he also received critical praise for his work in Prefontaine. His musical career took off when he formed the band Thirty Seconds to Mars, serving as its songwriter.

Leto had also displayed some good money management skills when he was able to sell a former house for a 50,000 profit. It is not much, but in a dog-eat-dog real estate industry, that is something. The four-bedroom home saw a sale for around $2.05 million. What made Leto like that house was its spacious walk-in closet, the master bedroom, and its gorgeous dining room.
