DJ Khaled: $10 Million, Beverly Hills

DJ Khaled gained initial prominence as a radio host on the radio station 99 Jamz in the 1990s and later worked as a DJ for Terror Squad’s live performances. After gaining credits on the group’s material, Khaled released his debut studio album Listennn… the Album in 2006 and was certified gold. In the following years, the DJ put some investments in his record label, We the Best Music Group, releasing the albums We Global and Victory, with both albums charting in the top ten on the US Billboard 200. The single All I Do Is Win boasts a triple-platinum certification.

After releasing his fifth studio album, We the Best Forever, in 2011, it helped elevate Khaled’s international prominence. In 2016, his ninth album, Major Key, gained critical and commercial success and reached the top spot of the Billboard 200. And as his wealth grew, Khaled bought a Beverly Hills house worth $10 million with seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a recording room, media room, outdoor kitchen, and a spa.
