American businesswoman, model, socialite, and media personality Kylie Jenner is one of the most influential teens in the world, along with her sisters, according to Time magazine in 2015, citing their considerable influence among the youth on social media. Jenner also has starred in the television reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians on E! channel since 2007. Apart from her television appearances, she also put investments into her cosmetic company, Kylie Cosmetics, and the clothing brand PacSun with her sister, Kendall.

In 2019, Forbes magazine cited Jenner’s net worth at an estimate of around $1 billion, which made her the world’s youngest self-made billionaire as of March that year. And with an amount of money like that, Jenner bought a mansion worth $3.3 million in California with 4,851 square feet of land. She owned the house for two years and later listed it on the market, and sold it for $3.15 million.
