This $11.9 million mansion has seven beds, six baths, and five half-bathrooms, sprawled in 8,500 square feet of space. Among other features are an office and library, a center island kitchen with wood flooring, and a studio. In case his co-stars wanted to come by, the guesthouse is waiting for them to occupy.

Downey Jr. has been in the entertainment industry for quite a while. However, it’s safe to say that with him landing the role of Tony Stark, also known as Iron-Man, the lead role contributed to most of his $300 million net worth today.
