Austin “Chumlee” Lee Russell | $1.85 Million, Las Vegas

Austin “Chumlee” Russell is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars from Pawn Stars, and it’s not a surprise that he once lived in a lavish estate in Las Vegas. Chumlee once owned a beautiful five-bedroom Las Vegas mansion that’s nothing short of spectacular. Chum’s Las Vegas mansion also features over 6,206 square feet of living space, giving him a ton of room to utilize. The estate also sports a guest house that has four bedrooms and many other celebrity-grade amenities.

Chumlee initially listed this property for $1.85 million. However, he was able to sell the property for just under $1.4 million. You could say that it was a pretty steep price drop, but still, a lot of money, considering that he bought the house for $1.1 million back in 2012. The new owner will certainly enjoy this new investment as Chum managed to add an entertainer’s backyard and equipped it with a rock-lined swimming pool.
