Both Apatow and Mann have excellent financial standing, and it’s fascinating that they recently listed their Malibu mansion on the market. They initially asked $12 million, but they lowered it down to $11.5 million. Despite the price drop, they’ll still get a decent return on investment after purchasing the home for $10.95 million back in 2013. The new owner will certainly enjoy this property as Apatow and Mann added a few contemporary updates to this beautiful 2,550-square-foot mansion. Some of the updates include a pair of white brick fireplaces, a sunroom, and an entertaining deck.
