While Kevin did earn himself a $164 million four-year contract with the Brooklyn Nets, he simultaneously sold off his Malibu house for $12.15 million. Although, it is a small profit considering he bought the property for $12.05 million. Nonetheless, the three-level beach house is worth every penny. It is 3,423 square feet in size and hosts four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and a picturesque ocean view. More importantly, among its luxurious amenities is a media room, a library, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a fireplace, and a glass-walled bathroom with a breath-taking view of the Pacific Ocean.
