DR. PHIL – ROBIN MCGRAW

Phil McGraw, known as Dr. Phil, is quite a sensation on American TV through his show. With such a high profile, it’s pretty impressive that he has been married for nearly 50 years to his wife, Robin. They first met back in 1973 amid Phil’s separation from his then-wife, his high school sweetheart Debbie Higgins. After the split received finalization, Phil and Robin dated afterward. They dated for three years before Phil proposed to Robin in 1976, which she accepted. In August of the year, they tied the knot. Together, they have two children.

While it is undisputed that Phil and Robin have remained in holy matrimony for 44 years, their fame in the 21st century fueled a lot of speculation about their relationship status. Rumors went around in recent years that the couple was calling it quits. Phil settled the issue in 2012 when he declared that he would never leave Robin and found the rumors about the couple absurd. It seems that his declaration takes credit for putting the stories to rest.
