JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME – GLADYS PORTUGUES

It wasn’t easy, but it was only a matter of time before Jean-Claude Van Damme realized that his love for Gladys Portugues was much stronger than their troubles. Jean and Gladys have their fair share of ups and downs, just like any other relationship. They thought separation would be the answer to their problems. However, Van Damme understood that he couldn’t be apart from his beloved wife for long, and the two of them are now more powerful than ever.

Van Damme and Portugues appeared to be a great fit when they first met; he was the dashing action movie star, and she was the much-admired actress and bodybuilder. They had a lot of interests which led them to marry in 1987. However, their romance struck a snag in 1992, and they decided to call it quits. Other relationships followed for Van Damme, but none of them lasted, eventually returning to Gladys. They married again in 1999 after reuniting and deepening their love. They have built a certain degree of love throughout the years that they can enjoy without any pretense.
