JAY LENO – MAVIS ELIZABETH NICHOLSON-LENO

Jay Leno is well-known for hosting the popular talk show The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He began hosting the show in 1992 and left in 2009 to headline his talk show, The Jay Leno Show. However, it did not work out, and the show was terminated after a year, prompting Leno to return to primetime to host his former show. His prominence as a TV anchor led to several film roles, including Space Cowboys, Stuck on You, and Ted 2. While Leno is carving a degree, he has a powerful force behind his back – his wife.

Jay has been married to Mavis Leno since 1980. Mavis is a philanthropist serving as the long-time chairperson of the Feminist Majority Foundation. She and Jay also sponsor several health-related organizations, including the Huntsville Hospital Foundation and Health for Everyone. Mavis revealed she had no desire to marry or have children, yet after meeting and falling in love with Jay, she altered her mind about marriage. The couple resolved that they would never have children and is perfectly fine with that.
